Before you reach out
Is this confidential?
Yes. What you share stays between you and your mentor. We don't tell your family, your community, or anyone else. The only exceptions are the legal ones any service must follow, like if someone is in immediate danger.
Is this free?
Yes, completely free for Muslim youth ages 18–25 across Canada. We rely on donations to keep it that way.
What happens when I book?
You pick a time and answer a few short questions, and your session is booked right away. Nothing to prepare. Your mentor will guide the conversation from there.
Will I keep talking to the same mentor each time?
Where possible, we try to keep you with the same mentor so you don't have to start over. If they're not available, we'll match you with another trained mentor so you're not left waiting.

Every Muslim youth who reaches out to Imaan Care is supported at no cost. Your donation is what makes that possible.
Support free mentoring for Muslim youth
Imaan Care was built on the belief that no Muslim youth should face doubt, addiction, or family struggles alone, and that support grounded in faith should never depend on ability to pay.
Your donation helps us keep offering that support at no cost to the people who need it.
Your Reward
"Whoever calls others to guidance will have a reward like that of those who follow it, without that detracting from their reward in the slightest."— Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, Sahih Muslim
Every young person guided back to their faith through Imaan Care carries this du'a with them, and every prayer, every fast, every act of worship that follows is, in sha Allah, a reward you share in too. Your generosity makes that possible, barakAllah feek.
